Our Adult Coaching Programme is designed for players of all skill levels, whether you're just starting out or aiming to refine your competitive edge. At Go Tennis, we offer both group coaching sessions and individual lessons tailored to your needs and goals at Grayshott and Fernhurst.
With our experienced coaches guiding you every step of the way, we’re here to help you build confidence, enhance your technique, and truly enjoy every minute on the court.
Adult Group Coaching
At Go Tennis, our group adult courses are designed to help you make real, lasting progress in your game. Each course spans 10 weeks, giving you the time to build on what you’ve learned and advance in a supportive environment with other players. We know life can be busy, so we offer flexibility—if you miss a session, you’re welcome to switch to another one (space permitting) to stay on track with your skills. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, our courses help you sharpen your technique, boost your confidence, and enjoy the game to the fullest!

Cardio Tennis
A 10-week group course.
Cardio Tennis is a high energy group fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, using tennis drills and games to deliver the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.

Tennis for beginners
A 10-week group course.
Perfect for those new to tennis or returning after a break, this fun course focuses on building confidence and mastering the basics. From learning how to rally and serve to improving your footwork and understanding the rules, our expert coaches will guide you every step of the way

Doubles for improvers
A 10-week group course.
Doubles for improvers is suitable for people who have either played previously and want to ease their way back to tennis or who have learned the basics and are able to serve, return and play some basic rallies including net play. You should be able to hold a rally of 10+ shots with a coach from the baseline.

Advanced doubles
A 10-week group course.
Designed for players ready to elevate their doubles game. You’ll work on high-level doubles strategies, including advanced positioning and shot placement. You should be able to rally with a coach from the baseline for 15+ shots and be comfortable executing shots from all areas of the court.
Adult Individual Coaching
Unlock your potential with private, personalised tennis lessons at Go Tennis. Our experienced coaches offer one-on-one, two-to-one, and three-to-one sessions, allowing for focused guidance and immediate feedback to accelerate your progress. Whether you’re building foundational skills, refining advanced techniques, or preparing for competition, we’ll match you with the perfect coach who understands your goals and playing style. Private coaching is tailored to your specific needs, providing the flexibility, attention, and expertise to help you build confidence and achieve real improvement on the court.
Individual Coaching is available from £40 per hour, £25pp shared lesson or £20pp for a 3 to one.
Individual lessons can be arranged on an ad-hoc basis.
